What permissions does this bot need?
The bot only needs basic permissions as listed in the invite. The /info
command will list any essential permissions the bot is missing, if there are any.
Why can't I see NeonUtil's slash commands?
- Ensure your Discord is updated.
- Check the command permissions for NeonUtil's integration (in Server Settings).
- If your server has over 50 bots and you cannot remove them, you will have to resort to regular commands.
What is the bot's prefix?
NeonUtil's default prefix is neon
, which can be used as an alternative to most slash commands. You can add a custom prefix to your server with neon prefix
.
You can disable regular commands with neon prefix disable
or re-enable them with @NeonUtil#1109 prefix enable
.
How do I configure my reminders?
- Use
/settings

to toggle gem reminders. (Ex:/settings gem-reminders: Off
) - Manage your collectible reminders using
/collectibles set

How do I get message IDs?

What does it mean if the bot reacted to a message?
- 📊 is a reaction shortcut which you can click on. Server managers can disable reaction shortcuts using
/config
orneon config
. - 📈 is the reaction for XP Stats. If you do not want to use this feature, you can disable it with
/settings xp-tracking: Off
(neon set xp off
). - ✅ means something was added or updated. In the case of collectibles, you can view your data with
/collectibles list

) or disable tracking with/collectibles set tracking: False
(neon coll s t false
). - ❓ means the bot failed to validate a command. Use
owo prefix
and if the problem persists, please report it in the support server.
