By using the Service, being the Discord bot NeonUtil and this website, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Acceptable Use

As a user of our Service, you agree to use our Service within your local laws, not to use our Service for illegal purposes. You additionally agree to use the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines for Discord as well as the Terms of Use for OwO Bot.

You may not use the Service at an attempt to cause harm among other users or the Service itself. This includes:

• Taking advantage of any exploits or loopholes in the bot's functionality. Please report any bugs you find in our support server.
• Sending commands in rapid succession, ignoring cooldowns, or finding ways around the bot's existing anti-spam measures.
• Spreading misinformation about the bot.

You may not use any form of automation when using the Service, which includes using scripts to automate bot commands or send requests to the server associated to the website.

You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software that makes up the Service.

Payment Policy

You may donate to the developer monthly through NeonUtil's official Patreon or Ko-fi page. You may also make one-time donations through the Ko-fi page.

Perks will be given in accordance to the information provided in the commands neon donate and neon perks tiers.

Monthly perks from donations will last for a full calendar month and may stack (add up in duration). There is a grace period of 36 hours for all perks and at least 30 days for personal channels (without ownership privileges) in case your subscription ends or your monthly payment fails.

No refunds will be issued. Custom perks that have not been approved by the developer prior to donating are not guaranteed to be implemented.

You can claim monthly perks for a one-time donation you did not redeem by asking the developer. You may not claim one-time donation perks for monthly donations, although exceptions may be granted based on when you last paid.

Personal Data We Collect

We only collect data that helps us achieve the purpose set out in the Privacy Policy. We will not collect any additional data beyond what's needed for the bot's functionality. Updates to data collection will be reflected through means such as announcements posted on the #updates channel in the support server.
